? for the farmers

I have let my kids play in "Corn pools" a number of times.  How do they keep the rats/mice out of these pools.  Please tell me they are not hidden below, and filled with turds everywhere!  Am I the only one who thinks of these things!

I don't know where those pools of corn are located--in a building or outside. There could be mice in there but if it is set up for children to play in I would think they would be carefully secured from rodents. Probably lots of cats around! Just enjoy, and don't let it bother you. Hope the kids are feeling better. Sure enjoy all the pictures
